Where is the RL Jain head office?
Our head office is at Bhatia Chambers, Parliament Avenue, Suite 21. The address card on our Contact page opens the location in Google Maps.
When is the member care team available?
We are available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:00pm EAT, and Saturday from 9:00am to 1:30pm EAT.
Which languages does the team speak?
Our member care team can answer questions in English, Kiswahili, and Luganda.
